I assume it is incorporated otherwise it would make those weapons a bit too op no? Then again it is quite redundant to show +% dmg on wep if it is already added to the dps. Is this number already factored into the listed DPS of the weapon? Does this number affect anything beyond the base damage of the weapon it is on? Say I have one hard point into thunderstorm and one hard point into Lightning Mastery. Then I equip a +3 lightning skills orb with +3 thunderstorm. I cast thunderstorm and take off the orb.
Will the damage dealt from Thunderstorm be equal to seven points into thunderstorm and four points into lightning mastery, or will the damage dealt be equal to one point into thunderstorm and one point into lightning master?
I've searched for this, and found someone state that the damage will be equal to the prebuff damage, but the interval between lightning strikes will be equal to the current thunderstorm level. However this person was not sure.
